1.
Coordinator should place the list in driving order. Coordinator needs to bring |
|
|
75 copes, Please. --Yes, we
usually need close to this many. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
2. Limit
of 12 properties on tour, but the coordinator has the option to go to 15 if |
|
|
all the properties are close. We discourage this practice but sometimes
market |
|
|
conditions require it. First come first serve, no subsitutions, 1
listing per Realtor |
|
|
unless not full. |
|
|
|
|
|
3. Pocket
listings are eligible as long as there is a signed listing agreement. These |
|
|
have the same status of regular listings. |
|
|
|
|
4. Area 4
properties are eligible when the tour is not full |
|
|
|
|
5.
Minimum info needed on the tour list would be address, agnt info,
price, gate codes, |
|
|
and basic info such as 3 bdr/2 bath. |
|
|
|
|
6. Please let participants know that they must
be at the tour meeting place and we |
|
|
request a $7 donation per property. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

1.
Remember the Coordinators are VOLUNTEERS. Please be courteous with your requests. |
|
2. Cut
off time is Wednesday prior to tour at 5 pm. |
|
|
|
|
3.
Property must be in MLS or listed by contract for sale (Pocket
Listing). |
|
|
|
4. Property may not be under contract at time of
tour. |
|
|
|
|
5. A property may be on tour every 6 months.
Exception to this is if the tour is not |
|
|
full, the property may be on tour every 3
months. |
|
|
|
|
6. The week your listing is on the tour, you or
your representative must attent the
tour, |
|
|
open the home, and close it. |
|
|
|
|
7. There
is a $7 donation requested to help cover the expenses of the meeting location |
|
|
and the coffee.
Please bring exact cash or check made out to Maudies and give to Ann
or |
|
her representative before you leave for
tour. |
